Baird & Warner Signs with RDS

Baird & Warner chooses Real Data Strategies data to assist with Recruiting Initiatives and Analysis of Office Leases

CHICAGO, IL, October 20, 2010-- Baird & Warner, the #1 Independent Brokerage Company in the Chicago Area and according to Real Trends 2010 Report, #13th in the nation, recently signed an agreement with Real Data Strategies to leverage their data across their entire organization for strategic positioning. “There are multiple ways for us to leverage this data, states Gary Stevens Director for Sales Services, from evaluating sales geography trends in sales and growth, to enhancing our ability to identify potential recruits. Moreover, we learn where the agents are located and what zip codes they predominantly sell, all very interesting data when you are investigating where to open or relocate an office”, states Fogelson.
